Everything between the invoice and ASYCUDA.

From the carrier CSV to the accepted declaration — one cockpit, built on 10+ years of real clearance work and 20,000+ generated customs documents.

📥

Manifest import

Drop the same carrier CSV you use today. Deduped, sanitized for ASYCUDA's character rules, weight floors applied, early compliance flags raised — all before you touch a row.

AI invoice reading

Invoices come from uploads or straight out of your Drive folders. The AI splits line items, finds true values (excluding US sales tax), catches discount traps and reads freight lines.

🎯

HS classification, validated

Every code is checked against the live 5,800+ entry Curaçao tariff. Your house override rules and keyword rules correct the AI, and each item carries a confidence rating.

🖥️

Review mode

Invoice PDF on the left, compact editor on the right. Fix values, swap HS codes with autocomplete, hit Save & next. The invoice follows you shipment to shipment — automatically.

Batch & selection

Process the whole manifest or tick just the rows you want — AI Fill selected, export selected. Approved rows are locked and never silently reprocessed.

📄

ASYCUDA outputs

Per-shipment SAD XML plus the consolidated degroupage master XML, with the same guards our own brokerage relies on. Exports file themselves into your Drive folder structure.

🛡️

The money safety net

Freight-sanity checks flag decimal slips (a $6.37 fee read as $6,370 gets caught, with the likely correct value suggested). Value-mismatch detection spots the wrong invoice on the wrong shipment.

⚖️

Compliance flags

POLIS, DRONE, IVG, LVV and SPORT detected at import and by the AI — tuned by brokers to avoid false alarms on devices, eyewear and vitamin cosmetics. Flagged invoices are auto-filed into authority folders.

🔒

Audit everything

Every save, approval, AI run, export and login is logged. Approved declarations keep their exact XML version — reproducible years later.

Under the hood

Proven before it shipped.

The clearance engine was verified byte-for-byte against every saved declaration of our production tool — 508 of 508 identical — and that parity test still runs on every code change. Your declarations ride on math that cannot silently drift.
